We are pleased to offer a 1-year warranty on regular priced items, limited to manufacturing defects only. This warranty underscores our commitment to your satisfaction and the durability of our products.

Coverage:

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects discovered within the first year of ownership. It includes issues related to materials, construction, and workmanship. Please note that this warranty is applicable to regular priced items only.

Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from natural markings, scars, or variations inherent in genuine leather. It also excludes damage due to normal wear and tear, natural fading over time, neglect, accidents, or improper care. Any alterations, modifications, or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.

Claims and Requirements:

To initiate a warranty claim, please retain the original Temo’s Creation tag and receipt. A valid sale receipt or invoice is essential for any warranty claim. Our team will assess the item and, if deemed eligible, repair or replace it as needed. The decision to repair or replace will be at Temo’s Creation’s discretion.
